All coaching sessions are offered remotely via Zoom or phone, allowing you to participate comfortably from your own home.

I start with a complementary Discovery Call where we can chat about current challenges and health goals together. This helps me determine whether or not health coaching is a good fit for your needs.

The Second Spring 12-Week Coaching Experience
The investment for this 12-week coaching experience is $900. when paid in full. A flexible payment option is available at $1,080.
For women who are ready to make lasting changes. Over three months, we’ll work together to focus on general nutrition education, movement, stress management, sleep habits, and mindset — designed to support women as they navigate midlife changes and create sustainable healthy habits.
What’s included:
- Initial 60–90-minute Onboarding Call – a deeper conversation exploring your health history, lifestyle, and priorities so we can identify meaningful goals and create a starting plan.
- Individualized coaching, thoughtful preparation, and ongoing support designed specifically for you throughout the 12 weeks.
- Twelve (12) – Weekly coaching sessions (30-minutes) via Zoom or phone.
- Review of health goals at weekly check-in session (check-in form). Topics may cover supportive foods, movement, stress, sleep habits, and other lifestyle factors linked to your well-being.
- Weekly email/text support with helpful educational and informational materials as requested.

Second Spring Continuation Coaching
At the end of the 12-week program, we’ll take time to reflect on your progress, celebrate the changes you’ve made, and discuss strategies for continuing your health journey. If additional support would be helpful, we can also explore options for ongoing coaching.
